Colton is an extraordinary lawyer with exceptional legal writing, research, and analysis skills, making him a valuable addition to the firm.

Colton received his Juris Doctor from the Widener University Commonwealth Law school in Harrisburg, PA, in May of 2021. Since then, he has proven his compassion and ambition to ensure that every client gets represented equally in court.

Before beginning his journey to becoming a lawyer, Colton worked as a Legal Intern for the Dauphin County Public Defender's office from May 2019 until August 2019. During this time, he gained his experience by attending and observing various court proceedings and writing numerous types of motions for clients. Colton had other responsibilities as a legal intern, such as responding to clients' letters and phone calls and performing legal research for their cases.

He then became a Certified Legal Intern for the Central Pennsylvania Law Clinic from August through December 2020. Having a more profound knowledge of the law, Colton handled more challenging tasks in the office, such as advising clients regarding their legal issues on divorce, bankruptcy, and landlord/tenant laws. Additionally, Colton was responsible for researching, writing, and preparing legal documents, maintaining and organizing client files, and corresponding with clients and legal agencies that referred clients.

Being an intern helped Colton become the successful attorney he is today. It gave him the chance to get a deeper understanding of what being an exceptional lawyer meant and allowed him to personally grow and appreciate what it means to have a good work ethic.

In August 2021, Colton became a Judicial Law Clerk for the York County Court of Common Pleas, where he worked alongside the Honorable Judge Kathleen J. Prendergast. During his time as a clerk, he attended various court proceedings daily, where he would prepare the Judge by performing legal research and preparing bench memos. Colton facilitated and adapted to the Judge's transition from family to the criminal division and advised and provided suggestions on legal issues before the Judge.

Additionally, Colton had other duties, such as writing opinions on motions and appeals for civil, family, and criminal law cases and helping write and issue court orders for various proceedings in multiple areas of law.
